The free shipping on all domestic orders offer applies only to orders placed at www.santmira.com and shipped via USPS, FEDX or UPS within the

The United States to our discretion. Additional shipping charges will apply for international destinations. Expedited shipping services will require a fee.


Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Santmira cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs, and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc. Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duties fees and taxes in our shipping fees,
as we have no control over them.

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) Policies

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 14 days of 

        receipt.

  • Please email us at info@santmira.com; include the order number, a detailed description of

        problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.

  • A product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge

        or refund, whichever is preferred.
 

Important Information

 

  • We do not refund shipping in case the selected carrier doesn't & accomplish the estimate 

        date of arrival.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances

        (e.g. strikes, floods, snowstorms, etc.)

  • All prices are in American dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include

        relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that may incur.

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided.

We will refund the full amount paid using the original method received. That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
